1. Provider

Spark to a Flame Consulting LLP operating under the brand Caminario 1103–11871 Horseshoe Way, Richmond, BC V7A 5H5, Canada BN 709595169 · Registration LL01528 Managing Partner: Marcel Szenessy Email: hello@caminario.com

2. The service

Caminario is a self-serve digital companion app / journey tool that helps you organize life orientation, stories, and sharing preferences. It is not coaching, legal, medical, financial, tax, or estate-planning advice, and not a bedside or professional service.

3. Eligibility

You must be of legal age of majority in your place of residence (generally 18) and able to enter a binding contract.

4. Account

You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information. We may suspend accounts for abuse, security risk, or breach of these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and trials

Premium pricing, Founders pricing, first-month free, referral benefits, and loved-ones discounts are described on the Pricing page and at checkout (Paddle). Taxes may apply. Trials and discounts may change; the checkout terms control the purchase.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit it solely to operate Caminario (including sharing you configure and optional partner check-ins).

You must not upload unlawful content or secrets (passwords, seed phrases, PINs, private keys, recovery codes).

7. Not a will or binding instrument

Content in Caminario — including preferences and farewell wishes — is not by itself a will, advance directive, power of attorney, or other binding legal instrument. Formal documents require proper legal process where you live.

8. Sharing and check-ins

9. AI features

You may optionally connect AI tools you already trust and use (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Grok). Caminario does not sell AI token packs. AI use is optional; completeness progress works without AI. Third-party AI providers process data under their own terms when you connect them.

10. Acceptable use

No scraping at scale, no reverse engineering except where mandatory law allows, no interfering with the service, no impersonation, no using the service to harm others.

11. Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify features with reasonable notice where practical.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health, or any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us for Caminario in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

Mandatory consumer protections of your habitual residence remain unaffected.

13. Withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA purchasing a paid subscription, statutory withdrawal rights may apply. A full withdrawal / Widerrufsbelehrung page is required before paid EU checkout goes live (same pattern as SeminarPartner / Salary You Deserve). Until then, free/beta use does not rely on that notice.

14. Termination

You may stop using Caminario and request account deletion. We may terminate for breach. On deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your habitual residence are preserved. Courts of British Columbia have non-exclusive jurisdiction where allowed.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted; material changes may require notice.
